Job summary

Mohr Air Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring a Location Manager in Jonesboro to lead a 5–7 person field team. You will conduct 1:1s, ride-alongs, and coach the team while ensuring top service quality and safety standards.

You’ll drive KPI performance using ServiceTitan and coordinate with dispatch, HR, and the operations manager. This is a working manager role with a strong hands-on mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in service, installation, or both.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience as a lead tech, field supervisor, or service/install manager.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using numbers and reports to manage a team; ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but we’ll train you.
• Experience in a Nexstar or similar process-driven shop is a plus.
• EPA 608 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field service techs and installers at the Jonesboro location (5–7 people).
• Hold regular 1:1s and ride-alongs, coach on tough calls, and hold the team accountable.
• Manage to performance KPIs in ServiceTitan.
• Own quality, safety, and consistency on service and installation work.
• Handle customer escalations and callbacks with care and professionalism.
• Handle location admin: approve and submit timesheets, track team bonuses and spiffs, and coordinate with HR.
• Work closely with dispatch, the operations manager, and our comfort advisors to keep the day running smoothly.
• Run service calls yourself when the team needs it. This is a working manager role.
