Qualifications

• Five+ years in HVAC field ops with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices and codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with retrofit projects and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to technicians.
• Oversee daily field operations and safety inspections.
• Coordinate with DSM and other supervisors to balance workload.
• Assist with large quotes and contract proposals.
