You will guide technicians, set high standards, and drive ongoing training initiatives, all within a family-owned company with a long-standing local reputation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Washington State 06A Electrical License required.
• Expert-level troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• EPA Certification and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and customer focus.
• Ability to teach and develop technicians of varying skill levels.
• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and field support to service technicians.
• Coach and mentor developing technicians through ride-alongs and training.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC systems and assist with diagnostics.
• Lead by example with professionalism and quality workmanship.
• Establish and maintain technical standards and best practices.
