You will ensure installations meet quality standards while collaborating with the Operations Manager on the apprenticeship program.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in heating and cooling service and installation, strong customer service, map-reading skills, and EPA certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years field experience in heating and cooling service and installation.
• Advanced customer service and leadership abilities.
• Geographical knowledge of service area and map reading skills.
• EPA certifications required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation teams and ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Visit jobsites to monitor progress and ensure installations align with proposal details.
• Lead installations when needed to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards.
• Manage apprenticeship growth program and provide training feedback.
• Facilitate weekly installation department meetings and safety trainings.
• Perform truck inspections and ensure safety compliance.
