DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in Coatesville, PA seeks a full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician to deliver excellent customer service, train other technicians, and complete quality repairs and maintenance. Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC experience (as a Technician).
• On-call required; some nights/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record; pass background and drug screening.
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure or Type II HVAC certification, or diploma from trade school.
• Able to work with an iPad and phone for job finalizations.
• Willing to attend trainings and invest in necessary tools.
• Able to understand client needs and learn from trainings and colleagues.
• Physically capable of job tasks; maintain neat appearance and organized truck.
