Qualifications

• Minimum of a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC systems experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial HVAC control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans.

Responsibilities

• Field product application calls and provide technical support.
• Coordinate visits to job sites and assign necessary assets.
• Support manufacturing and quality control teams.
• Work with design engineering to ensure product specifications are met.
• Develop costing for special products.
• Lead efforts to determine root causes of problems.
• Prepare analytical reports and recommendations.
