Job summary

Innovative Air is seeking an Application Engineer to support design, proposal generation, and job costing in a fast-growing HVAC solutions company. You will collaborate with Account Executives and the sales team pre‑sale and serve as the technical expert post‑sale for project life cycles.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills, with travel to customer sites and field work as part of daily duties. Experience with CRM systems is valued.

Qualifications

• Technical or Engineering bachelor’s degree required.
• Preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in the field is a plus.
• Education and experience in construction drawings, specifications, schedules and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed objectives set by the Sales Team Leader.
• Assists in design, proposal generation, and job costing pre-sale.
• Acts as the Project Manager’s technical expert post-sale.
• Travel to job sites to assist onsite technicians with technical issues.
• Provide technical resources for troubleshooting and project issues.
