The role requires collaboration across teams, strong communication, and willingness to travel to job sites. Technical degree and CRM experience are highly valued as you help optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering field required (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred).
• Experience in construction/engineering industry is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems and technical sales support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team pre-sale on designs, proposals, and job costing.
• Serve as the Project Manager’s technical expert post-sale.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare submittals, pricing, and orders following established procedures.
• Travel to job sites to assist onsite technicians with technical issues.
