Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment and train staff on proper use. The role covers a broad range of maintenance tasks across our Hardee’s locations and corporate facilities.

You will work with a team, ensure equipment reliability, and support rapid response to issues. This position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• EPA Type I & II Certification required (Universal EPA preferred).
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience a plus.
• Good references.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Repair all equipment and facility items per company standards in a timely, high-quality manner.
• Maintain and account for truck stock inventory and parts used for repairs.
• Maintain, secure, and organize tools and materials on-site.
• Use laptop/hand-held device to log calls, time, and repair details.
• Inspect and perform daily maintenance for company vehicle; respond to calls 24/7 as needed.
• Assist in staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, and training as needed.

Connaissances

Service/Repair experience

EPA Type I/II Certification

Valid driver's license
