Job summary

Coral Hospitality’s Unicoi State Park & Lodge seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM). You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, and general building systems to keep our lodge, guest rooms, cabins, restaurants, and public areas running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has hands-on HVAC experience, works independently, prioritizes safety, and responds to after-hours maintenance

Qualifications

Hands-on HVAC experience required and ability to troubleshoot heating/cooling systems.
Experience in hotel, resort, commercial, apartment, facility, or general building maintenance preferred.
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and respond to after-hours needs.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs across lodge, guest rooms, cabins, restaurants, and public areas.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
Complete maintenance work orders from various departments promptly.
Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and painting repairs.
Participate in preventive maintenance program and inspect equipment for issues.
Maintain tools, inventory, and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
Respond professionally to guest maintenance concerns and assist with special projects.
