Job summary

Coral Hospitality, LLC seeks a PM Maintenance Technician to keep Unicoi State Park & Lodge running smoothly, maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems with safety and guest comfort in mind.

You will be dependable, mechanically inclined, and able to handle multiple trades, troubleshoot problems, and work with Housekeeping and Front Desk to ensure rooms are ready and operations run seamlessly for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building or hotel maintenance.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement practical solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests from guest rooms and departments promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, HVAC, kitchen, laundry, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical components.
• Repair or replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, locks, and plumbing fixtures.
• Maintain HVAC equipment by changing filters and belts and conducting inspections.
• Assist with furniture repairs, drywall work, painting, shelving, and facility projects.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and other departments to ensure rooms are ready.
• Assist with emergency maintenance and special projects.
