Job summary

Coral Hospitality is seeking a PM Maintenance Technician to support Unicoi State Park & Lodge in Georgia. You’ll maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems, ensuring safety and comfort for guests while supporting daily operations in a hospitality setting.

You should be dependable, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently with limited supervision. The role involves physical tasks, climbing ladders, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building or hotel maintenance.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement practical solutions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests from guest rooms and departments in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, HVAC, kitchen, laundry, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical components.
• Repair or replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, locks, and plumbing fixtures.
• Maintain HVAC equipment by changing filters and belts, and inspect systems.
• Assist with furniture repairs, drywall repairs, painting, shelving, and other facility projects.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and keep tools/equipment organized.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and other departments to ensure rooms and operations run smoothly.
• Assist with emergency maintenance situations and special projects.
