Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee's locations.

You will repair and replace equipment, train staff on proper use, and coordinate with senior techs to ensure peak operation. EPA certification and HVAC knowledge are required, with refrigeration and restaurant equipment repair experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II Certification required (Universal EPA preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Heating/AC.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience required.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Good references; able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair restaurant and commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, building systems, and related items to company standards.
• Maintain and account for truck stock inventory, tools, and materials; document parts and labor.
• Use laptop/handheld computer to log calls, time, and repair details at each site; update location and status.
• Respond to staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, and training as directed.
• Inspect, maintain, and perform daily checks on the company vehicle used to respond to calls 24/7.
• Assist Senior Service Tech and communicate needs clearly to the team.
