HVAC Facility Maintenance Lead Technician-IN

Position Overview

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. (Jorgensen) is a global leader in maintenance management, with over 60 years of experience in facility and highway infrastructure services. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Facility Maintenance Lead Technician to support our properties in West Palm Beach/Pompano Beach, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technical and non-technical staff, including subcontractors.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairs on Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Life Safety, and other building systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities.
• Manage client interactions, problem-solving, and work scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record.
• EPA Certification for HVAC / CRAC Units; knowledge of water chillers, Building Management Systems, and FM extinguishing systems.
• Familiarity with UPS, Emergency Generators, Fire/Safety Systems, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Strong computer skills for maintenance management and work order processing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Additional Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused.
• Ability to respond to on-call emergencies.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, Monday-Friday, with on-call responsibilities. Compensation based on experience, including benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and more.
