Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a self-starting Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service. The goal is to drive service success that enhances customer satisfaction, maximizes retention, and increases profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, Systems Integration, CMSO, and Product Group to meet customer needs.
  • Serve as a key contact during deployment and post-deployment phases.
  • Assist with coordination between teams and troubleshoot system failures.
  • Diagnose technical issues and determine solutions.
  • Provide training on product and system configurations.
  • Supervise third-party installers for mobile video devices.
  • Communicate technical resolutions to customers.
  • Assist with deployment configurations and produce service reports.
  • Follow all procedures and protocols.
  • Share information across technical teams.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide recommendations.
  • Build positive customer relationships.
  • Identify systemic issues and work on process improvements.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Electronics Technician, System Technologist, System Manager, Field Service, or IT roles.
  • Experience with Windows administration, networking, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, IP device configuration, hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Law Enforcement environment is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to train users on hardware/software.
  • Project management experience for installations.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
  • Ability to work in a high-security environment and pass background checks.
Location & Travel

Remote within the region with travel to customer sites as needed.

Basic Requirements
  • 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain required background clearance.
