Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises is seeking Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee’s locations. You will repair, service, and calibrate equipment, train staff on proper use, and help keep our restaurants running smoothly.

Requirements include EPA Type I/II certification, at least 2 years in service/repair, a valid driver’s license, refrigeration experience a plus, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Type I & II EPA required (Universal EPA Preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience required.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Good references.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment and facility items in a timely, high-quality manner according to standards.
• Maintain and account for truck stock inventory and parts used for repairs.
• Maintain and secure tools, equipment, and materials on-site.
• Respond to staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, and training.
• Log calls and repairs using laptop/handheld computer; track location and status of repairs.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicle to ensure readiness 24/7.
• Collaborate with Senior Service Tech and management as needed.
