• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Proficient oral and written communication in English.
• Proficient in computer and Internet based applications.
• Hold a valid Oregon driver’s license.
• Three years of experience in identified trades.
• Knowledge of regulations governing work within identified trades.
• Knowledge of safety rules and best practices within identified trades.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must have an LME or be on the LME certification track.
