Generac is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift in Wisconsin. You will handle HVAC maintenance, preventive tasks, and general facilities support, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities include routine testing, filter/belt changes, moving furniture, and assisting with landscaping and snow removal as needed. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance or industrial equipment experience.
• Experience with HVAC or building automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC emergency, routine, and preventive maintenance.
• Change filters and belts and conduct equipment testing.
• Move office furniture and assist with facilities tasks as needed.
• Support water testing, landscaping, and snow removal as applicable.
