Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Wisconsin is seeking a Building & Grounds technician to maintain plant facilities, HVAC systems, and related equipment at the De Pere and Green Bay locations. The role supports plant operations and ensures safe, efficient operations.

Shift is 1st, weekdays 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with occasional Saturdays. The technician will perform preventive maintenance, assist with carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical tasks, and operate scissor lift and forklift after training.

Qualifications

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
Use powered hand tools for maintenance tasks.
Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
General knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems preferred.
Assist outside vendors for repairs and installations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Maintain plant mechanical systems (boilers, air compressors, HVAC units) for readiness and efficiency.
Replace and maintain filters and dust collection systems in air handling units.
Maintain plant entrances and related areas.
Assist carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical projects across plants.
Monitor dust collection systems and related equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with teams to arrange conference rooms and modify work areas as needed.
Support inspections and document work orders and safety records.
Operate scissor lift and forklift after training; follow all plant policies.
