Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment, train staff on proper use, and support operating facilities across our locations.

The role emphasizes timely repairs, equipment maintenance, and staying within company guidelines. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of service/repair experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal EPA certification, and a background in commercial restaurant equipment repair.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid driver’s license.
• Type I & II EPA required (Universal EPA Preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience required.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and facility items in a timely, high-quality manner according to standards.
• Maintain and secure tools, equipment, supplies, and materials on-site.
• Log and track repairs and time using laptop/handheld devices.
• Respond to emergencies, staffing shortages, and new equipment rollouts as needed.
