RTX Raytheon Real Estate Services in Chesapeake, VA, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician - Infrastructure Systems (Sr. Supervisor, Facilities) to maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC, chilled water systems, pumps, motors, and building automation controls.

This onsite role requires 12-hour shifts to cover 24/7 operations and may involve night/weekend work. Ideal candidates reside within commuting distance and bring strong preventive maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HVAC, BAS, pumps, motors, valves, or actuators.
• 2+ years reading blueprints and complex schematics; familiar with OSHA safety regulations.
• HS Diploma or GED or AA/AS with relevant experience in facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair infrastructure systems incl. HVAC, pumps, and building automation controls.
• Provide coverage for 12‑hour shifts to support 24/7 operations.
• Assist with safety compliance and preventive maintenance programs.
