Custom Air Products & Services, Inc. (CAPS) is seeking an HVAC Fabrication Manager to lead fabrication operations, ensuring safe, efficient production of custom HVAC equipment.

You’ll oversee supervisors and teams, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, and Assembly to meet schedules. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and accountability, with opportunities to mentor staff and optimize labor utilization across a high-precision fabrication

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing or fabrication leadership experience.
• Experience leading fabrication operations (sheet metal, welding, machining).
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, scheduling, and production controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fabrication operations across metalwork, welding, machining.
• Set production priorities and allocate resources to meet schedules.
• Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and capacity for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, and Assembly to resolve constraints.
• Lead and develop fabrication supervisors and production staff.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development.
