Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HVAC equipment and commercial roofing terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive take-offs from commercial mechanical (M-series) and architectural drawings.
• Cross-reference HVAC unit model numbers with curb/adapter footprints.
• Calculate material requirements including sheet metal gauge and insulation, and labor to provide quotes.
• Collaborate with sales and production to ensure parts meet project specifications.
• Maintain organized records of quotes and project details within internal tracking systems.
