Job summary

Air Force HVAC in Southeast Florida is seeking an HVAC Estimator to price residential and light commercial projects, including VRF, VAV, and rooftop systems. You will assess sites, size systems, and craft competitive proposals that protect margin.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years estimating experience, hands-on field service background, and proficiency with Jobber or HouseCall Pro. You’ll present to customers and help grow a rapidly expanding team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC estimating experience.
• Must have HVAC field service experience (commercial & residential).
• Strong knowledge of VRF, VAV, and commercial HVAC systems.
• Proficient with Jobber and/or HouseCall Pro.
• Ability to build estimates that close and protect margin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate scope and system requirements.
• Develop detailed estimates for residential and light commercial systems (VRF, VAV, rooftops).
• Price jobs using pricing structures, materials, labor, and margins.
• Prepare good, better, best proposals tailored to customer needs and budget.
• Present proposals directly to customers and drive closes.
• Maintain accurate estimate records in software.
