The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, with strong HVAC knowledge, proficient estimating software, and the ability to collaborate with sales, contractor relations, and project management teams under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating HVAC projects with a proven track record.
• Proficient in plan takeoffs, load calculations, and site visits.
• Experience reading blueprints and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Motili Contractor Relations to bid labor.
• Estimate plan/spec and design/build HVAC systems.
• Maintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projects.
• Perform site surveys and pre-bid walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with sales, contractor relations and project management teams.
