Job summary

gpac is seeking an HVAC Estimator for large-scale mechanical contracting projects in the Sacramento area. You will analyze project documents, prepare accurate estimates, and collaborate with design-build teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years HVAC estimating, a Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent, and strong communication. Proficiency with MS Office and QuickPen is preferred; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience HVAC estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or demonstrated equivalent experience in related HVAC field).
• Design-Build.
• Experience in a variety of project types.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• HVAC, Plumbing and Piping experience.
• Quick Pen experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Good Time management, Verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without restrictions.
