We are seeking an HVAC Estimator who will play a key role in pursuit of projects across different market verticals. This role supports both plan-spec and design-build opportunities, working closely with our design, project development, purchasing, and construction teams from the initial review through project turnover.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional with 2–10 years of experience who is eager to expand their technical expertise and grow into a future leadership role within a rapidly scaling organization. The ideal candidate combines strong take-off and pricing skills with sound judgement about scope, constructability, and risk. They are comfortable managing multiple deadlines, building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, and taking ownership of their bids.
