HTS has a vibrant look and brand promise -- one that reflects our company-wide commitment to ensure the individual success of all those involved in a project’s HVAC system selection, design, purchase, installation and maintenance including our employees, suppliers, customers and end users.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepares detailed and accurate project cost estimates for moderately complex projects, incorporating material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs from concept through final pricing.Extracts production data for planning , scope alignment, and integration of family of companies, i.e. SPW, Prefab, DBC, etc. to support project deliverables.Reviews project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.Coordinates with Precon Coordinators, project managers, engineers, and procurement teams assemble comprehensive bid packages, and provide clear instructions and clarifications to bidders.Analyzes market trends, vendor pricing, and historical data to inform estimate development and risk assessment.Contributes to value engineering efforts by analyzing cost impacts and proposing alternative materials, methods, or solutions to enhance project value.Supports estimate reviews and documentation by organizing assumptions, qualifications, and clarifications to promote transparency and alignment with project objectives.Education QualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.HTS provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by laws.
