Job summary

Carrier Enterprise Puerto Rico is hiring for a Totaline Runner / Store Associate. This role involves dispatching routes, delivering equipment, stocking the showroom, and assisting customers with purchases of residential and commercial HVAC equipment.

You will process orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with the Warranty Department as needed. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, a Refrigeration Technician certification (plus), and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to work with customers and vendors.
• Strong negotiation and teamwork abilities are important for a retail and service environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel help in POS and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch routes, deliveries, and receiving equipment.
• Promote sales of residential and commercial air conditioners, installation parts and materials, and after-sales products.
• Maintain inventory by verifying available quantities; place orders when reorder points are reached.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with repairs and showroom upkeep.
• Follow safety standards and EH&S policies; ensure a safe and secure work environment.
