Job summary

Trane Technologies in the Atlanta, GA area is hiring an Equipment Project Manager responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of HVAC equipment projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.

You will collaborate with customers, mechanical contractors, and field staff to drive on-time delivery, monitor costs, and maintain forecast accuracy while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in business or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of project management, or 4+ years with HVAC/related experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and analyzes assigned projects, sets schedules and parameters.
• Communicates with customers and representatives.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and corrective actions.
• Monitors project budgets and forecasted costs.
• Generates and revises project schedules and milestones.
• Manages equipment orders and purchases.
• Oversees project cash-flow: progress billing and collections.
