Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Equipment Complex Projects Engineer to design and deliver large, more complex HVAC equipment projects across the United States. You will join our Building Solutions North America team and collaborate with sales and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3+ years operations management or mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, thermal analysis, fluid dynamics.
• Ability to lead large, complex projects with execution teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex HVAC equipment projects nationwide.
• Coordinate with sales and project management to meet schedule and budget.
• Interpret engineering drawings and prepare submittals.
• Generate purchase orders and track material deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and Johnson Controls standards.
• Coordinate training and ensure timely project turnover.
