Job summary

StoneCreek Communities is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities. Responsibilities include performing general maintenance, make-readies, preventative tasks, and timely repairs to ensure units and common areas are well-maintained.

You will coordinate with vendors, document work orders, and help with grounds upkeep. The ideal candidate has EPA certification (Universal or Type I & II), 2+ years of multi-family maintenance experience (including HVAC),

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) required.
• Entrada & OneSite experience preferred.
• Multi-family maintenance experience including HVAC, minimum 2+ years.
• Must have ability to be on-call (team rotation).
• Part-time schedule: 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, apartment make-readies, preventative maintenance, and small construction tasks.
• Complete make-readies for vacant units and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document work orders and maintain accurate records; ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with maintaining grounds, amenities, and common areas; clean and paint as needed.
• Inspect property for safety and risk, report concerns to management.
