Qualifications

• 10+ years of design and project experience, with 3+ years leading teams.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC system design, including component and integration design.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple New Product Development projects through the full development cycle.
• Own design, optimization, and qualification of HVAC systems.
• Manage, mentor, and develop engineering and technical personnel.
