Job summary

Engineered Equipment Inc. is a leading HVAC solutions provider serving Oklahoma with a growing sales organization. The Sales Manager will lead the Equipment business, oversee personnel and financial results, and build strong relationships with customers and manufacturers in OKC and Tulsa.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and seven+ years of HVAC sales leadership experience, with strong communication and analytical skills to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; seven+ years HVAC sales experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading and managing a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent initiative, interpersonal communication skills, and ability to influence others.
• Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop projections, contracts, and sales effectiveness.
• Set short- and long-range sales objectives including operations, personnel and financial performance.
• Achieve sales objectives regarding market share, profit and growth goals.
• Assist outside sales in developing plans and conduct quarterly reviews of their plans.
• Set work priorities for direct reports by reviewing performance and aligning with goals.
• Assign new and existing accounts as necessary.
• Mediates internal and external sales issues related to warranty and disputes.
• Foster a culture of involvement, engagement, ownership, respect and accountability.
• Manage relationships with manufacturers in the assigned territory to meet expectations.
• Ensure quality standards for processes and functions.
