Qualifications

• 3-5 years of engineering work experience, HVAC preferred.
• Self-starter and must be able to work cross-functionally.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop product requirements based on customer needs.
• Analyze systems using a variety of engineering tools.
• Run sizing and optimization exercises for HVAC components.
• Produce documentation for designs moving into commercialization.
• Mentor more junior mechanical engineers.
