Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an EPA Universal Certified HVAC Technician (Engineer II) at Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing resort HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The engineer will perform preventive and emergency maintenance, coordinate parts and scheduling, and support colleagues with hands-on training while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• EPA Universal Certification is mandatory.
• Technical proficiency across HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and controls.
• High school diploma with emphasis in technical trades.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal English communication.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment, electrical, plumbing in guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance, analyze issues, procure parts, schedule repairs.
• Conduct guest room maintenance and repair plumbing, fixtures and electronics as needed.
• Monitor Fire Alarm/Life Safety systems and respond to related emergencies.
• Manage tools and equipment, keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Support energy conservation efforts and report opportunities to Engineering Management.
• Accurately log readings, maintain daily activity logs and communicate across shifts.
• Provide technical guidance and training to other engineers as requested.
• Adhere to safety policies and resort rules to ensure a safe environment.
