Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay, TX is seeking an EPA Universal Certified HVAC Technician (Engineer II) to support the maintenance and engineering needs across the resort.

The ideal candidate is a proficient, independent mechanic capable of handling a diverse, fast-paced workload, addressing critical guest room and resort amenity issues, and making sound, logical decisions to resolve problems promptly.

Formación

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• English proficiency for reading safety documents and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced workload.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems in guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime and act as an independent mechanic.
• Monitor life-safety systems and assist with fire alarm and emergency power systems.
• Read, log, and interpret meter readings; maintain daily activity logs.
• Offer on-the-job training and technical guidance to other engineers.
• Adhere to safety policies and resort rules while maintaining clean and safe work areas.
