Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot chillers, boilers, cooling towers, AHUs, and related equipment.
• Monitor building automation and control systems for proper operation.
• Inspect components and perform adjustments or replacements as needed.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and work orders.
• Respond promptly to guestroom temperature complaints and service requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance needs.
