Job summary

The Building People, LLC, has an opening for an HVAC Engineer I. The HVAC Engineer I is responsible for assisting the Engineer Tech 1 for the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s).

Two Years experience and EPA certification required; High School diploma or GED; valid driver's license and basic computing skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience; education/trade schools can substitute for one year.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment and performing rounds and routine preventive and corrective maintenance for properties.
• Assisting other engineers and staff as needed.
