Lpc is seeking a Building Engineer II in Boise, Idaho, responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining complex building systems focusing on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The role involves independent troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience and a high school diploma. This position is strictly 100% in-office with no remote options, ensuring a hands-on approach to facility management.
The Building Engineer II is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining complex building systems with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, involving a higher level of troubleshooting and independent problem-solving than the Building Engineer I.
Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds; perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, crouching, and kneeling.
