SSC Services For Education is actively seeking a full-time HVAC Technician for immediate hire in College Station, Texas. The successful candidate will perform preventative maintenance, service HVAC systems, and document tasks through a CMMS. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex systems and supporting project management as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Rudimentary ability to use hand-operated construction equipment necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Clean and service mechanical systems and equipment.
• Analyze and resolve complex building system issues.
• Support project management activities as needed.

Skills

Experience in institutional maintenance

Understanding of electro-mechanical equipment

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Blueprint and schematic interpretation

Education

Journeyman Electrical License or EPA Refrigerant Certification or Journeyman Plumber License
