Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to emergency problems and make necessary repairs.
