Job summary

Confidential HVAC Provider in the Washington DC metro area seeks a District Sales Leader for Design & Construction to drive district sales, manage a team and cultivate long-term client relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, architects, and construction managers.

You will oversee quotas, forecast sales, and ensure effective use of sales tools. A strong track record in technical sales leadership and building high-performing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 years of relevant industry sales experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in a technical sales leadership role preferred.
• MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Power BI, PPT, Word), Salesforce knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead client and district sales management, new client acquisition, and client satisfaction measurement.
• Set quotas, provide sales forecasting, and ensure consistent use of sales tools and systems.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage Sales Engineers and Account Managers; drive recruitment and training.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, architects, and construction managers.
• Monitor price management and market penetration strategies to maximize account penetration.
