Responsibilities

Provide professional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
Enter and process customer orders accurately using an ERP/order management system.
Assist customers with product questions and order-related needs.
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track orders and shipments and communicate updates to customers.
Process returns and assist with problem resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Assist walk-in customers with orders and product needs.
Help identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
