Job summary

Adeedo! Drains, Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a Dispatcher for the HVAC department to act as the central hub between customers, field technicians, and the operations team.

In-office position in Inglewood, CA with Monday–Friday hours and some Saturdays; shift ends around 7:00 pm. You will schedule service calls, communicate with teams, and resolve customer inquiries quickly while maintaining accurate records and adapting to changing workloads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• HVAC industry experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range

$18 USD - $24 USD
