Westerly Air in San Antonio, TX is seeking a full-time Office Champion - Dispatcher to be the backbone of our fast-paced HVAC team. You will answer calls, assist customers with inquiries or scheduling, and coordinate dispatch to keep technicians on track.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in dispatch and scheduling, is proficient in Microsoft Excel and ServiceTitan, and can pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dispatch and scheduling experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in ServiceTitan.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist customers with inquiries or scheduling requests.
• Coordinate dispatch operations to keep technicians on schedule.
• Keep customers updated with timely information.
• Maintain meticulous records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Outbound follow-up calls as needed.
