Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience in HVAC or home services.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Service Titan is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technicians and manage daily schedules during business hours (7 am–7 pm).
• Monitor job progress, adjust for emergencies, and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Update software and resolve conflicts to keep operations moving smoothly.
