Job summary

Horizon Services is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch HVAC service and plumbing technicians, ensuring efficient routes and excellent customer communication. You will handle incoming calls from existing customers, maintain ticket details in the system, and assist with part orders and installations.

The role requires at least two years of office or customer service experience (dispatch experience preferred), a professional appearance, strong interpersonal

Qualifications

• Able to “think on your feet” to provide customers with needed information for their specific installation or repair

• Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn customer service management and scheduling / dispatch software

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC Service and Plumbing Technicians by reviewing and optimizing routes.
• Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Enter all ticket information accurately in the computer system.
• Create dispatch numbers for all parts ordered and follow up on part orders.
• Schedule appointments for part installation.
