Experienced HVAC Dispatcher / Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Dispatcher/Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient scheduling of our technicians and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispatching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers.
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls, maintenance, and installations.
• Coordinate daily schedules, optimizing routes and technician availability.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and job statuses.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, providing job details and updates.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing, and data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatching, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC terminology and services is preferred.

Compensation

$18 - $25 hourly
