Job summary

Air Bros AC & Electrical in Saint Pete seeks an experienced dispatcher to own the daily service board, optimize technician allocation, and drive a smooth operations flow. You’ll manage parts, warranties, and occasional equipment orders while coordinating field and office teams for an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of dispatching in home services, solid ServiceTitan usage, and strong communication. Expect a collaborative culture with room to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Run daily service board, set priorities, and assign calls to technicians.
• Keep field, care, and install teams aligned and informed of changes.
• Order/track parts, coordinate deliveries and follow up on returns.
• Process warranty claims and credits through completion.
• Coordinate install equipment orders with timing and specs.
• Maintain ServiceTitan records and identify workflow bottlenecks.

Looking to trade up? Dispatch sits at the center of our service operation. We’re looking for an experienced dispatcher who can take ownership of the day, make sound decisions as priorities change, and keep our technicians, customers, and office moving together. You’ll lead the dispatch workflow and follow through on the details that make a great service experience possible, from parts and warranties to occasional equipment orders for installations.

This is a role for someone who sees what’s coming, solves problems early, and has the confidence to improve the way we work. Your judgment will shape our technicians’ day and the experience our customers have with Air Bros.

What you’ll own

• Run the daily HVAC and electrical service board. Set priorities and match each call to the right technician based on skills, location, urgency, and availability.
• Keep the field, customer care, and install teams aligned. Communicate changes clearly and make sure customers know what happens next.
• Order and track parts, manage delivery updates, and coordinate return visits so jobs keep moving.
• Process warranty claims and follow documentation, returns, and credits through completion.
• Coordinate install equipment orders as needed, confirming specifications and timing with the install team.
• Keep ServiceTitan records accurate, spot recurring bottlenecks, and bring forward practical improvements to the workflow.

What you bring

• Ability to work 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, with the flexibility to take some after hour phone shifts.
• Proven dispatching experience (3+ years) in HVAC, electrical, or another home service business, plus hands-on ServiceTitan experience.
• A track record of taking charge of a busy board and making thoughtful decisions under pressure.
• The organization to manage multiple moving pieces and close every loop.
• Clear, respectful communication that earns trust across the field and office.
• A positive attitude, strong follow-through, and the initiative to fix problems before they grow.
